Pre- and post-congress courses offer a focus on applied knowledge and skills, and are uniquely designed to complement the main scientific programme and offer participants the chance to:

• explore issues in depth
• gain practical and applicable experience
• digest the latest research and advances in practice
• learn directly from experts via a range of learning formats
• meet fellow participants in their field of interest

Pre- and post-congress courses are an optional element that are open to participants who register to attend at least one day of congress, and they carry a separate fee. A range of half-day, one and two-day courses are being offered on the days preceding congress, 31 May – 1 June 2023, and the day following congress, 5 June 2023.

Clinical visits have been arranged by the Emirates Physiotherapy Society for congress participants to see a range of public and private physiotherapy facilities, across a wide area of interests. The opportunity to attend a clinical visits is only open to full (three day) congress participants. Clinical visits carry an additional fee of US$ 25.
